What we offer

We are recruiting students out of our network to work with us on our customer’s projects. As a researcher for J&S you will be spending most of your time performing in the offices of our clients. In the instances where the company which you will be working for is not based near or within your home town, we will cover for your travel and housing expenses that you will incur for the project that you are assigned to. Our projects generally last between 1 and 6 weeks. You are paid on a daily basis with a fixed salary that is well above the market average. The companies that you will be working for are amongst the very best management consultancies in Germany. Therefore, besides earning enough money for a two week holiday trip in just one week working for J&S , you receive the experience and reputation of working for such excellent employers.

Who we are looking for

Our reputation highly depends on the quality of the people joining our network. Because of this our student pool does, to a certain degree, consist of our personal contacts or of the contacts of our employees themselves. Nevertheless, new talents are highly welcome and the characteristics and abilities which we are looking for include:

• Outstanding analytical skills
• Proven knowledge of MS office applications
• Motivation to work hard and effective
• Strong communication skills
• Practical experience gained through internships
• Perfect English

As well as the qualifications listed above, we are especially seeking students with an excellent knowledge of a variety of foreign languages. Having a foreign language as mother tongue really is a great asset for us.
